Order Fulfillment

  • Must be 21+ to place orders.
  • Recipient must be 21+ and provide proper ID at the time of pickup or delivery.
  • Failure to provide proper ID could prevent the completion of your pickup or delivery.

CURBSIDE & IN-STORE PICKUP

available only during business hours:
Mon-Sat: 10am-9pm
Sunday: 11am-6pm

1. All customers placing an online order will receive 2 email notifications:

  • (1) An order confirmation email at the time of the transaction
  • (2) An order fulfillment email marked "Order Ready For Pickup" once the order is ready to be picked up.

 

2. All online orders will be prepared same day until close (9PM, Mon-Sat; 6PM, Sunday) unless otherwise specified by the customer in 'Order Comments' during checkout. Customers may indicate a future day and/or time in the Order Comments box during checkout. Any online orders placed after close will be fulfilled the following business day. 

3. Curbside Pick up: Customers will call the store when they arrive and their order will be brought to their vehicle.

4. In-Store Pick up: Provide us the name on the order and we will retrieve the order for you

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

All orders for Local Delivery must be paid in full in advance over the phone or via our online store.
Pay upon delivery orders are not accepted.

DELIVERY FEES

$10.00  Transactions under $100 (w/o tax)
$5.00    Transactions $100-$200 (w/o tax)
FREE     Transactions over $200 (w/o tax)

RUSH ORDERS: Delivery within 1 Hour
$10.00 added to original delivery fee


Fees will be applied to your transaction at the time of order.


DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • SAME DAY DELIVERY
    Orders must be placed by 1PM for same day delivery
  • NEXT DAY
    Any orders placed after 1PM will be delivered the following day


ORDER PROCESS

  1. Call the store anytime between 11am-7pm Monday-Saturday.

  2. All orders must be paid for at the time of order.
  3. The following information is required for a successful delivery:
  • Full name
  • Phone number (direct number for immediate response)
  • Full Delivery Address
  • Any Special delivery instructions
