In 1897, The Bottled-in-Bond Act set rigorous standards for any distiller who wanted to produce a spirit with that hallowed title. Aged in barrels for at least 5 years, it must be produced in one distillery, by one distiller in the same distilling season. At Whiskey Acres we go one step further, by using our own grain from one single harvest. Think of it as whiskey with a vintage.
